We together create a step by step business/life plan to achieve success. 

We drive you to break through the barriers that have stopped you achieving in the past.

We help you hear the authentic inner voice that motivates you and turn down the demotivating voice that holds you back.

We support you to step outside your comfort zone.

We keep you on track to achieve the actions you set, providing independent accountability.

We regularly review your progress. 

We help you celebrate successes throughout.

We use proven neuroscience and mindfulness techniques to help you STOP, plan your priorities and create everything needed to make it happen.

This is coaching at its best, certified by the Association for Coaching.

Programme breakdown:

60 minute consultation session

75 to 90 minute 121 coaching sessions delivered

online or face to face (indoors or outside)

Weekly support via What's App or Trello

Investment: £POA

​

This programme is delivered over 6 to 12 months,

with a minimum of 1 session required each month.

Travelling expenses are charged at cost.
