ABOUT MARTIN

The coach who has lived your
world

For over 25 years, Martin Covill has worked at the heart of global
commerce — helping major consumer brands build growth strategies,
customer propositions, and the kind of thinking that drives real, measurable
results. He knows what it means to sit in rooms where the pressure is real,
the decisions are consequential, and everyone assumes your wellbeing is
matching your performance.

He has also felt the personal cost of that world. Whilst operating at peak
performance, Martin has experienced the effects of stress and burnout
first-hand, and that experience — combined with 2,000+ hours of
accredited coaching practice — informs everything he brings to his clients.
He does not approach executive coaching from the outside looking in. He
approaches it from having been there.

Today, Martin works privately with founders, CEOs, board members and
senior leaders — people who are succeeding professionally and quietly
paying a personal price. His style is calm, direct, and deeply intuitive. He
asks the kind of questions that create genuine moments of clarity —
insights clients carry long after the session ends.

Also working as a mentor with business leaders and a certified Coach Supervisor, he brings a level of craft and ongoing accountability to his practice that few coaches can match.

A minimum six-month coaching partnership. Two sessions per month, each 75 to 90 minutes. Private,
structured, and built entirely around you — with most clients choosing to continue well beyond the
initial commitment.

HOW IT WORKS

A process built on trust

Martin works with a small number of executive clients at any one time. Every engagement begins with a
conversation — no pressure, no pitch. Just an honest
exchange to see whether there is a genuine connection.

If that connection is there, everything else follows
naturally. Most clients find that even the first full session creates something they have never experienced before — a space that is entirely, unconditionally theirs.

Sessions take place via video call, in person at a location that suits you, or outdoors in an environment that genuinely shifts how you think.

THE CHEMISTRY CALL

A relaxed, no-obligation conversation. Martin shares how he works and what he brings. You share what is going on for you. If it feels right for both sides, you move forward.

THE FIRST FULL SESSION

A deep, unhurried 90-minute conversation. Where you are, what matters most, what you want to be different. Many clients describe this session alone as
unlike anything they have experienced before.

THE SIX-MONTH PARTNERSHIP

Two sessions per month, 75–90 minutes each. Structured around the BALANCE framework, always responsive to what you bring. This is your time — completely and unconditionally.

THE ONGOING RELATIONSHIP

Most clients continue well beyond six months. As your world evolves, the coaching evolves with it. Many regard this as one of the most valuable
